Tecno Imbottiti is undoubtedly one of the major realities in the galaxy of companies that make up the “Murgia district of the living room”. With its production of padding in polyurethane foam and other raw materials (polyester, polystyrene, goose feathers, etc.) it supplies the main leading companies in the production of sofas and armchairs.
Strengthened by twenty years of management experience and enhanced by a careful selection of production personnel, Tecno Imbottiti guarantees its customers a particular care for all phases of the production process that , starting from a careful selection of raw materials in compliance with the needs expressed by customers, it guarantees an effective management of deliveries to meet the supply strategies of customers who tend more and more to just in time. The use of sophisticated software applications for order processing and the availability of an efficient company fleet of vehicles, allow the customer to be reached on schedule and agreed. All this accompanies the production structure of Tecno Imbottiti which, located in a large warehouse of around 20,000 square meters, houses the most sophisticated and innovative production machinery in the sector (cutting machines, squaring machines, numerical control machines, automatic cutters, etc.). ) with the support of an effective technical office for the electronic development of the requested models.
Turning to history, Tecno Imbottiti began its activity in 2001, gathering, as has been said, twenty years of experience in the sector matured by the management and by a large number of people involved in production. Approximately one hundred workers are employed between men and women, divided between workers (most of them) and those involved in the logistic and administrative-managerial part.
The production activities focus on the processing (cutting, assembly, packaging) of the materials that constitute “the soft part of the lounges” but also of the cushions, mattresses, etc. Depending of the particular type of article requested, the various materials, of different consistencies, can be assembled together (a sofa cushion, for example, will be composed of a softer upper part and a stiffer lower part).
The mission of Tecno Imbottiti, therefore, is clear: global quality of the products and related services with a view to continuous improvement with the main objective being costumer satisfaction.
